Description

Our approach to creating this luxury apartment is founded on the principle of simplicity, leveraging clean lines and thoughtful spatial organization to amplify the sense of space. The apartment is structured around two central boxes that serve as the architectural foundation of the design.

The first box houses the private functions of the apartment, including a studio, walk-in closet, bathroom, and laundry area, ensuring that these essential but utilitarian spaces are neatly compartmentalized. The second box is strategically positioned at the heart of the apartment, around which the living room, kitchen, and bedroom are arranged. This central placement allows each space to flow seamlessly into the next while maintaining subtle visual separations, enhancing both connectivity and privacy.

The result is a fluid living environment that feels both expansive and intimate, where each area is distinct yet harmoniously linked. This design not only maximizes the usable space but also elevates the overall living experience by creating a modern, cohesive, and luxurious home.
