Tower Symbiotic Counter Urbanism
STRUCTURE
The structure of this project distribute its loads to the surroundings buildings, with this strategy we can have thinner structural elements for our tower.
Our tower also acts as a stabilizer element which helps to the other towers to have lighter structure. These forth structures now works together.
Mobility
The Elevators can be optimized in order to transport more people in each trip.
HAVC
We use thermal inertia concept as a method of transference energy.
Basically, We storage the energy that is used during business hours and we take it to the tower during non-business hours.
Amenities
During holidays and weekends the residential tower can use the amenities of the offices towers.
